i know that alot you you guys know of the chino hills meet and im just askin around and i want to know what i should do as far as appearance for the meet cus i dont want to be one of the few cellys out there.thanx
There are a lot of stock Celicas rolling to almost every SoCal Celica meet. It doesn't matter, we won't judge you. Of course if you buy ricey sh!t it's another story. :chuckles:
Just lower your car and get some nice rims, not chrome. :gap:
And you should've just posted this in the Southern California forum.

Lowering your car wouldn't void your warranty because shocks/springs are wear items and warranties don't cover wear items.

well then thanx i dont know much about the warrenty that is why i havent done anything yet to my car.when lowering my car do i need a camber kit also or can i just take it to my local tire shop and they can fix it with no kit?

IMO, going to a Celica meet is a good way to see what you could do with your own car. There's plenty of nicely done cars that'll give you some ideas on what to work for.
There's the simple, yet fvcking hot style: Celicajonz' Celica, to the highly, tastefully modded style: VoodooGTS's Celica. I think that's like the complete extremes of each style, with some cars falling in between. One of the best treats are the nicely modded stock bodied Celicas, which IMO pulls off the car's features very nicely without resorting to 'kitting' it.

Depends on how low you go. How low do you want to go? About 1.5" and more and you'll need a camber kit, I do and mine's rolling on Tein S.techs. On the inner section of my old tires, they were as bald as racing slicks.

i want to get the Tanabe DF210 Springs for the low drop but i plan on getting 17" ENKEIs with a 42 offset, will i need the camber for that low of a drop or will the 17"s help the camber?
You'll need a camber kit for that kind of drop - over 2 inches. Not only that but your shocks will blow not too long after installing the DF210's and your car will drop even lower.

you need at least 35 stickers, the more the better,at least 4 different under glow lights, 13"or 20" crome spinners, apc seat covers, euro tail lights, dual exhaust, lambo doors,.....oh wait this is not a honda forum......just messing around, you'll be fine as long as you dont have any of these mods i have listed.see you at the meet.

Like Chad and Luis mentioned...a nice drop, some rims if you want some nice, simple "show" mods. Really no problem rolling to a meet while you're stock. :shrugs:

chino hills is like the biggest celica meet I've ever heard. I looked on youtube for celica meets and to me I think the meets in chino hills are the best. I wish I lived in cali
