How many people out there switch to winter tires for driving in the snowy months of the year?

This will be my first winter, so I am going to put my stock wheels back on. I used to have a civic (all hooked up) last winter w/ chrome arelli tranz' wheels, but I took them off and put some black-out stocks on (went for the JDM sleeper look). Anyway, I hope that helps.
