I'm not sure i've ever seen an aftermarket indash changer. THe only thing like this i know about is in the Navigators. I'm not sure if all Lincolns have them or what but i know the Navi's do. But, as i said, i don't recall ever coming across an aftermarket indash changer and i think i would remember b/c i did a lot of researching headunits before i bought the one i have now.

I also remember hearing that the newer premium system had an optional in dash changer.
Anyway, there are several companies that make them. Eclipse for one makes a single dim Head unit with a built in 6 disc changer and another 6 disc changer that is also a single dim. So you could actually fit 12 discs worth of changer in the area of your Double dim Factory unit.
I believe that Kenwood or Pioneer may also make one. Not sure though.

Toyota makes an in-dash cd-changer for the celica. I was deciding whether to go with the changer or the keyless-entry when I bought the car. You can check it out at your dealer.

I know the Navigators have them stock. HOwever i've never seen an aftermarket headunit. As far as i know they don't exist because i've been shopping around for them myself and i've never seen one. Get a Navi. lol

The nakamichi MB-75 has an in dash 6 disc cd changer. I believe there's one on ebay right now, for i think $500. Just check it out, it's a very good brand too
