I sent it to Performance Techniques for the 50 trim upgrade and ceramic coated exhaust manifold today, but i took these pics beforehand.

The stock turbo is crap. I wouldn't bother doing anything to it. They have proven very unreliable when pushed. I'd upgrade to a Greddy TD06 or something of that sort. That would be money well spent. You'd be surprised what a turbo change will do to that car.
