Antenna Removal Help!

Hey guys! I'm trying to remove my antenna for an 00 celica model. I want to put some s2000 antennas on. Does anyone have a guide with pictures how i can remove this antenna. Any help would be great thanks everyone! See you all at the chino hill meet!!

I just got done installing mine. Grab a soft cloth around the base of the antenna (thicker part of antenna.) Wrap the cloth and or something around it, twist counter-clock wise with something that can grab it off and or use your hand. Screw off, and screw in s2k :)

jus use a wrench, fit it around there, and twist it off, screw on the s2000.DONE

^ Yup I used a rubber grip (for like for elderly people that cant open up jar lids) and wrenched it... came right off!

mine was a bitch to get off...i had to use a screwdriver...and dont ask what happened when i used the screwdriver...i still cry everytime i see what i did. anyways it looks way better with the s2k antenna.

Yeah its biznatch gettin that coat hanger off. I've been tryin to figure out how to do this.

Haha Yeah its a typo. I wouldn't put the s2 antennas on the coat hanger.
