The supercharger is already available here in Europe, well so it sais on the blitz.co.uk site :) They include an ECU with it.
It increases the power to 240bhp @ 7600rpm and increases torque to 246 Nm @ 4000rpm. Costs around 9500 US$

Ouch! The price in England is horrible. In Japan, they sell it for the equivalent of $4500.

Holy Christ that think is beautiful! Can we run it without doing internal mods (i.e. rods/pistons)?

I heard they lowered the price on europe and it was equal to about $4000 US. You can get a nice used car for $9500!

Wait a second...$9500? No wonder it's gorgeous. Who can afford that?

They said that its gonna cost somewhere around 6k for that. If its going to include a new ECU. They are still debating that right now though. He did tell me in 2 months it should be out.

BTW... $6000 is a nice Down payment on a Turbo'd car. Honestly dont think that is too reasonable of a price... just my IMHO.

6000 is enuf $$ to buy a 1st gen DSM turbo AWD, fix it up nicely and build it to run 11s :)

Isn't it true they dropped the price in europe to the equivalent of $4200 US?

I doubt it. Its all specualtion at this point. The only known fact is it dosent work on the American ECU... I know this straight from a Blitz Prototype car. The cars just dont start. Until they can figure that out... there is no price. The SH!T about it is... if they have to do more computer adjustments or add an ECU or piggyback unit... look for the price to jump. Also guys dont forget... whatever the price of the kit is plus taking it somewhere and getting it tuned, all the proper monitoring equipment IE gauges, etc. The kit is only the beggining.

Yeah even though this looks like the most reliable kit in terms of engine longevity, its gonna be out of everyone's price range.

How can we prove how reliable it is? Not being an ass just devils advocate.

I'm not saying that the "blitz" s/c will be reliable, just that s/c vs. turbocharger is better for the car in the long run.

On the same note, how can you prove that the WC Toyota turbo kit for the GT will be reliable?;)
