Ideas for Dec. 8th meet...

So far I gots:

1. Kareem's hiz-ouse.... (for all you non-ebonics=house) around 1,2,3-ish. I want to try some of kareems bar-b-q and other foods, i didn't get to last time.

2. Find an event and all caravan to it.

3. any other ideas?

This idea sounds dope...though i'm cool with going to Baytown too...if you guys want i can host the meet if Kareem's is out of the way and i can have some friends spin...let's get settled on this cause if all the meets to come are as unorganized as the meets in the past then..hmm..lol i dunno...;)

I would like to take an our out of this meet to have usall sit down ang talk about business. We have alot to talk about and didnt even do anything at the last meet. So make sure you are there for that.

Lotsa stuff to cover guys.....this meet should be fun!

With the track idea, lets get information on the costs and available dates we can go up there.

Mission: To produce a safe and fun environment where car fanatics from around houston can socialize. Get off the streets Sat. night and into the club and show.
Music: 3 rooms / main room breaks, house / back room hip-hop, old school
Deejays: F.L.I.P., D.J. Kero (dragwars), DJ Danyo
pool room jungle, trance

Attraction: 1 cent Drinks till 10pm
Ladies in free till 11pm

AveMagazine.com and P-Noise Productions Present Import Fever at Club Upscale in conjuction with the celebration of the one year anniversary of Import Car Club of Houston (ICCH) on Saturday, December 8th from 8pm-3am.
Ladies Free until 11 pm
ICCH members get half off at the door with their membership card.
From 8-10pm one cent drinks.
On the first floor of the parking garage we will be displaying Houston's best of the best imports. ( TKR, Team Ikon, FTR, Z Motorsports, ICCH, etc...)
Confirmed Sponsors are Pursuit Motorsports, Hyper Racing, Overspeed Motorsports, SMD Graphics, Z-Motorsports, Advan Graphics, Road Warrior
Security provided by HPD. ( 6 Police officers outside)
Location is 59 north bound feeder between Fountainview and Chimney Rock in the City Mortgage Bldg.
20 - 60 sec. commercials on 100.7 and 104.9 by DJ Babyface will also promote the event on his show on Friday the day before the event between 6-10pm
Tila Nyugen will make an appearance
LJ Garcia will be signing autographs
Import Lifestyle Video Magazine will be there to cover the event for their video.

3:00PM - We invade someones house for Lunch/Dinner pay that person a Couple of $ (ex. $5) for the food. BS and talk mods.

6PM-7PM we roll down to westheimer and roll around

7:30-7:45 we head down to the Party, since westheimer will be dead ,because everybody will be that this party.

*We should do something at or near Kareems, it's closer to the party.

We need to set a side an hour for buiness, gotta hand out the shirts and collect money...6PM-7PM i think would be a good time for this. the party doen't start till 8, fashonably late arrivals 9:30. Ppl don't go out at 8 on a Saturday...at least i don't unless i have a movie and dinner.

Well, the meeting is on for Satuday the 8th of DECEMBER 2001.

2:00-3:00pm meet ofically starts
3:00-6:00pm socialize; eat; installs; talk about future mods
5:55-6:55pm one hour set aside for adminstrative meeting
7:00-7:30pm roll to the party
