Hey guys I wants to find out if wrapping my turbo downpipe a good idea(there's no heat shield on it, I wrapped the manifold already)? will it be too much heat to the cat? or just leave it be.

Its a good idea from a performance standpoint and from a reducing underhood temps standpoint but will cause accelerated rusting. I advise getting it all ceramic coated if you want to wrap it.
No it won't hurt your cat - rich AFs and misfire will though

I'm with Boosted. I say ceramic coat.

I sprayed them with high heat silicone coating, will it help preventing rust?

For a time. Those spray-on coatings usually don't last. If you really want a long-lasting coating, you should get the part media blasted and ceramic coated.

What about jet hot coating + heat wrap... overkill?

jethot is a pretty low quality thermal coating. If you plan to keep the car for a while I would step up to Polydyn or Swain
