Part number center under engine plastic!?

I know most people take these off, but I want a new one. Just the center piece that goes over the oil filter under the engine. Called dealer he qouted me like 80.00! I just want the center piece that need to be pulled of to get at filter and drain plug. Let me know can Paypal ASAP!
