kazuma exhaust help me

hey everybody i was woundering if anyone could tell me if a kazuma exhaust fits agt and a gts or just the gt trying to buy off someone but they have agt and i have a gts want to make sure that there will be now power lost and is this a decent exhaust?

I have the kazuma on my GTS. it's a great exhaust, but it's very loud
