hello everyone,
i just bought a 2000 6 speed gts and was wondering if anyone knew of any recalls or of any problems with this yr/model of celica's.

No recalls, just TSB's. Which are NOT recalls. They are Technical Service Bulletins.

THEY WILL NOT COVER THE TSB's IF THE PROBLEM CANNOT BE FIRST DIAGNOSED .. remember that someone is paying for the repairs... in this case the customer isnt you but it is Toyota Corporate.. and since they're the customer and they're paying the dealership then the dealership has to basically provide evidence of diagnosing the problem.

There has been a few prob with the belts, nothing big, they fix it for free.
