Honestly though, there is a lot of people on this board who don't own Celica's. Out of the 6000+ members on here.. how many of us own Celica's?

Well.....

Don't currently own one but have test drove a couple and am doing research as having one as a possible purchase!!!

Prolly looking at getting a nice SILVER GT-S 6spd sometime in the next couple of months!!

I don't see a proper answer for your question. You wantt ot know how many of us own CELICAS.

That would be more than one.

Anyhow, I have a 2000 GTS and a 1973 ST.

My car list (short as it may be) is:

1979 Corolla (first car, long gone)
1978 Celica (2nd car, I had it from 1990 to 1999) rusted and parted out.
1991 Pontiac Sunbird (I married into this one, it is going to hit 100,000 miles in the next week or so)
1997 Mercury Mystique (crap car, traded it for the 2000 Celica)
2000 Celica GTS (going strong at 48,000 miles)
2002 Toyota Tundra (50 miles and counting)

So, I'm on my 3rd Celica, and still have my second one, and it has parts on it from my first one. I didn't save anything from the Corolla, except the good memories.

You really should have had a category for Subarus alone. Seems like everyone around here is trading their Celi for one.

well it does have the best HP/dollar ratio out there.... i would have gotten one, but i really dont like the body.. i wonder what the insurance would have been like since its a 4-door.. what are those things classified as? maybe i should trade hehe

I have a 2000 5spd GT.... but if I were to get a new car... I would get a honda s2000... :bowdown: drool.

I used to own a Celica :). Right now, as per sig...probably the only such driveway combo on planet Earth LOL!

actually I am a 94 year old narcoleptic cancer patient who sits in his RV all day on the internet via satellite making up alter lives on various forums, and in this one I just happen to own a Celica...
I am also on the teen pregnancy, testicular cancer, shuffleboard, and get-your-dog-spayed-or-neutered forums (my name on this one is "Snip_them_f*ckin_nutz"). I also like to spend my time drinking arsenic for trips... er kicks... and uh wrestling alligators and wallabees...

This all just proves a point I had a long time ago...the fact that at the time of this post only 148 people have voted...and there are how many THOUSANDS of Celica on the road right now...thus, when people come on here and complain about problems with their Celica, it by no means is a representative sampling of the reliability of this car. I am sick and tired of hearing people stretch their damn vagina and whining about their cars.


I've just been a bitter person lately, damn.

damn ferrari's are so nice....
i finally saw a ferrari 550 maranello last night....
it was dark grey silver and had dim HID's on....
i was wondering if those dim blue lights were daytime lights or night lights....
oh well ... all i can do is just drool........

I couldn't be happier as I continue to modify my liquid silver 2001 GT. Now if some one will teach me how to creat one of those "oh so cool" signature gifs that alot of you are using, my life would be complete!
