"Stealth" Radar detectors Anyone have one?

Was considering buying a passport "stealth" detector. Anyone have experience with the stealth detectors. Do they work as well as others? What other companies make them? and finally did you do the install yourself or pay the shop to do it? if yourself how hard was it?

The windshield mount Passport radar detectors are immune to the VG2 detector-detector, so they may be considered stealth.

But, if the question is on their SR1 or SRX detectors, then there is no option on the installation. The price includes installation, which must be performed by certain, qualified shops.
