Troubles with Spec Blue paint

My spec blue 01 is getting some good size chips in the bumper and hood. The paint is so soft that i have to dry it with a chamois and nothing else or it will leave toweling marks. Full cotton cloths will even scratch the paint. Even the ones with cotton thread. I have heard this problem before, and was wondering if there was a recall or something of the like going on. Id like to get these fixed if possible. Ive only had the car for seven months and it is starting to get pretty chipped up. Im afraid after a year or two its going to be horribly destroyed.
