TSB in europe

Hi gts laid ;)
Plz can u tell me how u can have the TSB? is downlodable from same toyota site , official or not?
I search TSB for european Celica TS but i don't find anything ,

i get all the TSB info from alldata... they dont have access however to european built vehicles... i really dont know what to tell you.. everything we have is released by Toyota Motor Sales or America... its almost like a different company from the rest of Toyota abroad.
