North East Weekend Long Meet

Ive decided to post this to see if anyone else is down for coming along. Right now I think that I MAY be the only 7'th gen so let's REPRESENT! You can bring whoever you want but there is a fee per person. Any other info you wanna know you can email me at HiMain10ins@aol.com!

OKAY!!! Here's the lowdown on the meet:

The date has changed from July 19-21'st to Sept.7th-9th. It's in Lake George, NY. Check-in time at the cabins are 6 pm on that Friday so it gives us a little time for everyone to try to meet up and get there. Checkout time isnt until 3pm on Sunday! If we get atleast 10 peeps it's only gonna break down to about 35 bucks a person. That weekend in town there's the Annual Adirondack Car Show. Its mainly just hot rods and street cars but a car audio club is helping to sponsor it this year so YOU NEVER KNOW!!! The amusement park is also open that weekend and because of the date shouldnt be TOO packed. I know this is way in advance but this was the best deal we could get for the cabins. If you guys want an earlier date than we're gonna have to settle for reserving a block of hotel rooms. There would be two people to a room and it would come out to a little over 40 bucks a person. Plus you dont get the bonfire, horseshoes, cabin to ourselves (actually its a big house), the beach and all that other stuff.

Im gonna give everyone a chance to post whether theyre down with this idea or if they want to keep it in July. I need to know fairly soon though! Thanks guys!

okay well here's the deal:

we were gonna do it july 19th through the 21'st. we were gonna just reserve a block of hotel rooms for people who might wanna stay cuz the area gets booked up quick this time of year. They have a decent club/bar scene there but when this was shared with the minors (and everyone except myself and my one friend are minors) they werent down. So to allow for privacy and bigger party we voted for the cabin. Wasnt my first intention considering that we dont get along that well on the board all the time and I didnt want it to turn into some dramatic episode of real world. and to second that, i also dont want to be a babysitter. If i could get some input on who's comin and what everyone would like to do while there than we can all chill together and ****. Plus, if i dont have to get the cabin, i'm not gonna. the underage peeps can fend for themselves. no one has given me any real input so far and i was bustin my butt to reserve a place so right now, my hands are in the air as in "fock it". most of the east coast meets are farther south or in another state so to serve upstate, central, and western new yorkers, i thought it would be cool to get together a somewhat central ny thing.

Damn, too bad you changed the date of the meet... I'll be in Lake Horhay on vacation July 17-21! Ahh well :D
