Ive created this thread to personally ****ing blast neukin and turbogoods for their bull**** they post on the site! I placed an order for a neukin manifold on september 3rd.... AND I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED IT! they say they need 3 weeks... its been 6 and im hell sure it wont be here before another 2! Customer service is bull****! they never answer our emails nor our calls! i have people emailing them and calling them everyday and they dont seem to pick up! maybe cuz we're international buyers... but this **** is too much! i have 160pounds of products still waiting for the neukin manifold to part with them and im being charged storage fees on a constant basis!
Does anyone know why they are taking this long???
or how to get to them or something???

Yep, that's why you aren't getting anything. It always surprises me that people think this is a good way of getting what they want.
Welcome to the world of modifying cars. EVERYTHING takes forever and everyone is flaky. I could tell you all about my MWR shortblock that took 5 months to get.
Also, how is your car currently making 340 whp if you don't even have a manifold yet and the parts are not installed?

:S I hope i dont run into this problem... i gave them their 3 weeks before i started emailing them. I have friends living in the states.... would it be a good idea to send someone down to their shop?
my car has been at the mechanics all torn down since 2 weeks ago and i sold my old manifold so i cant reassemble it :(

For future reference, NEVER tear down your car unless you have all the parts you need in hand. Small aftermarket companies are absolutely notorious for stuff like this. Complaining unfortunately improves nothing. The only solution is either to do everything yourself of just be patient and wait. I would feel worse for you if I hadn't seen this happen dozens of times before. Its a hard lesson nearly everyone has to learn when you get into a hobby like this.

That's what I had to do. Sh*t, next month will be the 1 year mark since I started my turbo matrix project. It's not right, but sadly I'd have to say get used to this. Good luck though, and keep us posted as things progress.

the funny thing is this is quoted from their site:
"TurboGoods is here to get you the products you need fast. We are tired of stores that lack the quality you deserve. There is one place for your turbo goods, TurboGoods.com.
We have been in the sport compact business for over 2 years. We are just like you, always buying parts and building cars. We know what its like to have to wait for parts and not get answers. We will strive to make your hobby more enjoyable"
sure in hell has been enjoyable!

Whenever you have a highly modified car, you pretty much need a beater. I've been driving my beater for the last two months after my car blew the head gasket.

I never had a problem with Neukin....but then again, I live in the US.......it may have been because he didn't already have the 2zz flanges and bends ready to go and had to wait for the CNC shop...it's been awhile since anybody has ordered from him for the celica....it also could have been customs or shipping like that one guy said, I know when I shipped some packages to England, the shipping information was routinely fvcked up because the information was in a different format....this inevitably involved me going to UPS several times to talk to the manager of the store AND the head of international shipping....anyway, I'm certainly not intending to defend bad buisness (the lack of feedback) or play fanboy to Neukin, just wanted to offer those thoughts, plus, it is one hell of a product
