Heres the deal. I wanna get rid of my gt-s(auto) and try and get a type-r i know of that is for sale. Good price, miles and condition. Its the perfict deal. There is a chick in my area who has a gt but she wants a gt-s. She wants mine so i want to give my car to her for 3000 and let her take over my lease. My monthly payments are great. If i was to take a loan out for the other 12000 what can i expect to be paying a month and for how long? I just want a general idea so i know if im in the ballpark before i go to the bank.

you prolly didnt have enough collateral, back to the original question, really depends on how long, and considering, that that is not really a large loan(relative to the the banks worth, and other loans it prolly does), ur rate is prolly gonna be kinda steep.

The general rule of thumb to go by is about $200 per month/5 years per $10k you borrow, so roughly about $250 in your case? Prolly less.
