195 mean the width of the tire ( in mm )
65 is the sidewall ( in mm )
15 is the diameter ( in inch )
91 mean the tread life
T is speed rating

Hope this help

Forgot, what size of wheel is that?

the stock size are 195/60/15 which means that those will fit but with a bigger 65 profile sidewall

It means they're gonna be taller than stock tires. If you're not lowered, they should fit just fine.

i think autozone or advance auto parts ..... or any auto parts store have some different kind of key lock, come overthere and check it out. Are those store ( autozone, advance auto parts ... ) available in Canada ?

The locking lug nuts that come with the Celica are made by McGard, and I don't think they sell the keys at just any auto parts store. The previous owner of my Celica left the card containing the lug nut key code (which allows you to reorder a new key that fits) in the owner's manual; you might wanna check there. If it's not there, though, maybe try contacting McGard.
