shifter shaking

as the revs start to go up in first gear the shifter seems to vibrate harder and harder. second, third, and everyone after seems to be ok though. I've had this for a while but thought nothing of it. Just checking to see if this is normal.

i have an 00 auto GT..when i take it up to 6K the shifter shakes...no need to worry

i haven't noticed if that happens with mine... i know you bound to always feel a vibration through your shifter but to visually shake i would ask your mechanic... I would play it safe!

It vibrates but not to where the movement is real strong though. It shouldn't vibrate like a Dildo I meant, if does then you will need an visual inspection of your shift sector.

shifter vibrates? shiet.. if ur shifter vibrates like a dildo than take it back to the dealer n tell them to fix it... they'll probably say " this is normal, your car is fine" tell them to fuq off
