I sent a post a few weeks back about how Maroone was so willing to fix my car after my engine blew because they didn't add any oil to my car after my last oil change. I was surprised but didn't complain however since they have had the car trying to et any information out of them has been a nightmare. I called like 5x over the last week and finally got an answer from the service dept that said he walked out there and SPOKE to the tech working on the car that said it would be ready THIS thursday. I get a call today 3 minutes before they close saying there are parts on backorder. They also said there was another Celica infron of mine (mine has been there 2 weeks)...i donno why they would tell me that as its no concern to me.... Now when they order an engine it comes in a create all they gotta do is put my stuff on that engine....so if parts are on back order that means they lied to my face...and i didn't even mention all the other times i called how they said it's almost ready. Just wanted to give you guys in the south Florida area a heads up as it maybe a few more weeks before i get it back.
Just venting a little anger.....damn it i was supposed to be lowering it more this weekend now i gotta wait....urg!..god damn MAROONE TOYOTA!.....i feel like pulling a Joe Peshie (goodfellas)

I hate Maroone Toyota. It used to be good when this lady Rachel was one of the service advisors. She used to hook me up with everything. But ever since she left, that place went sour. One time, I was getting an oil change, and they dented the top of my roof with all their tools hanging. Then they kept my car until late afternoon so i couldn't see the dents. Then when I saw the dents they wouldn't even fix it. Then I went off on everyone there. They eventually fixed the dents, but did a ****ty job at repairing the dents. I now go to Headquarter Toyota for any warranty or service work.
just change your own oil...and you dont even have to deal with toyota..and you know it will be done the right way...i have never gona to maroone...it is usually headquarter or hollywood..
actually i don't really like headquarter toyota. i believe that's where i bought my celly. i remember when i had my first issue with the belt tensioner - i told them my situation and that i had to drive back to orlando the following day. they told me to call them next week! i ended up going to the toyota off of us 1 (by wheelmax). i told them what the other dealership had said and we're disgusted. needless to say they fixed everything promptly and told me that not all toyota's are like that.

I called there this morning bitching and they said they will give me a larger car as i wanted 1 now that i wont be getting mine back at the time they said it will be ready. I still dont see how they can call right before its supposed to be ready with parts on back order. Damn they lie to their customers like that. Well i drove all the way down there to pickup the RAV 4 they said they have for me until my car is ready. I get there and they say they CANT give it to me. the Rental guy was like "yea, something happened yesterday on my day off and my boss does not want me giving out any cars". ...now i dont give a F@@@ what happened yesterday i only want toyota to adhear to what they tell me....he was like i cant. Then as i walking away he's like "everything ok?" that was a fueld question......i was like HELL NO and left in that bitch ass corolla. I moment i walked in the door at home i got on the line with their corporate office and just bitched. The guy at corporate is going to see what he can do but just make sure none of you guys go there. HEre is their corp # incase any of ya need it 954-429-2000...i didn't realise the corp officec was in south florida....damn im so mad at those people....urg....i'll let you know what happens from here tho :)

Don't get me started on Maroone toyota! those fukers didn't even know how much oil a 2ZZ-GE took in! they shorted my car 1 full quart of oil on MY FIRST OIL CHANGE!!! I called my service advisor Ramsey Graham, then I asked for the Service manager, but you know what he told me? "just bring it back so we can top it off" I was like that's not the point, I already topped it off. My car was brand new and it pissed me off so much that they can be such d!ckheads...

what do you expect the car is brokem, they have a million other customers whos cars need to be serviced on a short term basis. think about that. its a business, it should be painfully obvious that they are gonna take their time. im sure they have to order parts too.
