i got the aem cai installed in my car...do i hafta oil the filter it comes with? its not the k&n filter..it comes with the AEM filter..but they advertise the k&n filter on it.

Should be oiled already... if it came with the kit, then oil it...

I believe the AEM filter is made by K&N. You shouldn't need to oil it if you bought it brand new.
