i know it reduces stress on the engine because of everythin it has to do but what else does it do, i heard it gives some hp back.... but idk tell me

it slows down the accessories in turn freeing up a few hp

The stock crank pulley has vibration dampening material. The underdrive crank pulleys don't, that's why they are potentially lethal for your engine.

Since this thread is about pulley's, are the AEM's power pulley a good choice or is there something better?
