I recently made a purchase there and received an e-mail from Titan Motorsports with the ship date. If it's coming from Titan, there shouldn't be a problem. The part should arrive today - I'll let you know how it goes.

snoopy, I just had a bizarre little problem with them. I ordered a new aem intake from them and I received the box in terrible condition and it was obvious the products inside were used...all the hardware was in a sandwich bag, the filter wasn't sealed, the pipe was all scratched, and the instructions looked like they were left outside in the rain...a disgrace. But I called them up and I returned it and am now waiting to receive the new one they ordered from me. They said it was a mistake that I got that one but I don't necessarily see how that could happen...as long as I get my new one I'm happy.

Their website says they operate out of Arizona, but customers in Florida and Arizona must pay sales tax. Looks like they take orders and have Titan ship the parts for them. At any rate, my part arrived yesterday at my dad's shop and everything appears to be in good order.

i ordered the hotchkis springs from them... i got them super quick.. maybe 2-3 days? not sure.. i was expecting at least a week... anyways.. everything was cool for me

they explained the whole situation in one of the welcome threads that larry set up when they became official sponsors.. i used to thing the same thing but they clarified it...

i have nothing but good things to say about both these guys and bottle at titan...

well i ordered an AEM CAI from them and the end of the tube was a little bent, along with the filter. I called the customer service # and it was an orlando number. they said they would send a replacement filter out on the 10th, today was the 13th and i've yet to see it.Guess i'll be making another phone call.

i sent my damaged intake back 2 weeks ago and I've yet to receive the replacement.

I ordered an exhaust for my car about two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to recieve it from their supplier. I'm not happy that their website was a little misleading ("item usually ships within 24hrs") and that they already charged my credit card without shipping the item. I probably wouldn't order from them again.
