I had to take out my cai and get a new MAF.
It could be your fuel injectors, your MAF could be broken, or your cai?

you could be getting a whole lot of air in there.. and the stock fuel trim short and long term is exceeding 38% deviation from the charts... if thats happening you'll get a CEL... i'll check the manual for the diag. procedure for that code... let you know!

Look at your grams per second (output from MAF) at idle and 2500 RPM with teh AC turned off in Neutral (no load). You should see 1 to 2 grms/sec at idle and 7 to 8 grms/sec at 2500. If the numbers you are lower then you either have an unresponsive MAF or a vacuum leak. You can try cleaning the MAF with an aerosol non residue electronics cleaner (be very careful) - if that doesn't bring the numbers up and the fuel trim back down then get a can of carb cleaner ans start spraying around all the joints in the intake. if you spray near a joint and the RPM increases then you have a vacuum leak there.

If the value for teh maf is dead on and the fuel trim is still high positive (over 20% positive) you might have clogged injectors or low fuel pressure.
