I got 17x7.5 +35 but its 215/40 /17 with about 1.5 drop... did you want a picture? I can show you one in a few days after I get the rims and tires mounted/balanced (i havnt put them on the car yet they're brand new).

Thanks for your your respond. i got 225/40/18 on rims 18x8.5 +35 no problem, but as far as i know 215/50/17 have a lil bit bigger on overall diameter compare to the 225/40/18, so i want to make sure :)

I got 40's on my 17's and I really dont like it...not enough tire or not big enough rim. I plan to change sometime next year.

Hey Nhat, from what I've read around the boards, 205/40/17 seems to be a pretty common tire size for 17s, and people seem to like them. Not sure how it would ride though. Just my $.02.

on 17" 215/45/17 is the way to go. With no lowering i woud even choose for 225 45 17. Stil the speedmeter point 5% to much (100 is really 95)
