ATTN: 106.5 KWOD Listeners

Man.. there's this song that I've been dying to know the title of. It sounds like it could be either by Sublime or Long Beach Dub Allstars. The song always comes on around the time Boomer is on the air in the afternoon. If anyone could tell me the title of the song that'd be great. Thanks.

I don't know what song you're talking about, but say goodbye to KWOD 106.5. It was sold to Infinity Broadcasting, who owns 98Rock. Since KWOD's format has been getting closer & closer to 98Rock's, they're going to change it completely under new ownership. I'm expecting it to go country :(

I guess the current owner made a deal & then tried to back out of it, but the court ruled that he had to sell it to Infinity...

That's really going to hurt Sac's airwaves. I've listened to KWOD for as long as I can remember...that is, when I actually listen to the radio...I usually only have CD's playin in the car, but I've started listening to Howard Stern in the morning, Tim Chip & Lisa mid day and Opie & Anthony in the afternoon on KXOA 93.7 :)

Come to think of it...Infinity may own KXOA too... damn monopolies :P
