Emanage ultimate and turbo kit

Hi,

I'd like to have some information... Is it possible to use Emanage with a low-compression pistons kit turbo engine? I've seen on Greddy.com that now it is possible to monitor the knock level.. Does anyone use this function? If I buy an Emanage ultimate with Ultimate complete harness kit, will I be able to make all its functions work?

Hi!

Knock sensing is one of the things I would like to monitor also with my E-Manage Ultimate. As far as I know, you cannot monitor knock level just with the harness. You have to route the knock sensing signal to one of the E-Manage inputs and monitor from there. Jlitman has "promised" to show us a way to do so, so stay tuned!

It's what I use on my 8.8:1 compression 1.94L setup. Works great if you use it in conjunction with something like the Split Second ESC1. I haven't been doing so well getting the knock sensing to work, but if you use a stethoscope and run a vacuum line through the firewall to a banjo fitting bolted to the block, you can monitor knock much better that way.
