thought I'd post a pic I took today for those of you I don't see before I leave friday. I only put the wheels on to see how they looked and to take the picture(I was bored). One of the tires has a nail in it that the tire place I was at today said they couldn't fix because its too close to the sidewall. I think I've had it with TRD so I'm going to get my money back from the suspension kit and order tires. Since TRD can't get their **** together I'll probably end up getting sway bars from Hotchkis who on the other hand seems to have great service. I'll need some struts at some point to if anyone has suggestions.

Yeah, I like them a lot. I can't wait to get some tires so I can put them on and leave them on. Are you getting 18's next time? They would look even better. Too much cash for me.

I found out how much they are. A little over $1000 per wheel. I think I'll just stick with the one piece.

I'm talking about whatever my next car is. Wrx most likely, but I'm going to test drive an RSX also. I'd also consider an MR2 if it was in good condition.

An MR2 would be cool. I've always liked them. They are just really small. I guess that would actually be a good thing except for if you get in a wreck. There's no way I would spend that much on wheels either. You need to build a bad asz car and get sponsored by O.Z or something.

The $89 is for 205/45-17 and its $98 for 215/40-17 like are on the wheels now. Which would you go for?

both of those seem like pretty good deals duncan. not sure how much of a difference the 215's would make, but i think for less than $40 more i'd get them. it definatley won't hurt anything and odds are you might get a little better ride and grip out of them too.

205's will not fit right, since the wheels are 17x8. I wouldn't go any less than 215. The ideal size would be 225/40/17, but only one company makes that size.

Yeah I have 205's on mine but they are 17x7 and they fit perfect if they are 17x8 you will need 215's at least although I like having a 45 series a little better because it's less of a gap, but like Barry said the 215 fit better.

Ok, I've been doing some shopping around. Its either the Paradas in a 215/40-17 for $98, or some BF Goodrich T/A KDW's in 215/45-17 which I may be able to get cheap through my boss. Then The Kumho is kind of appealing and is available in either of the two sizes for $89 or $90. I wouldn't rub or anything with the 215/45's would I? I'll have to think about it some more.

I don't you shouldn't rub with 215 45's I believe they are set inside the wheels wells just enough that they should still fit, Ask them at butler tire tomorrow the'll know, oh and go for the BF Goodrich G-force T/A KDW's I have been thinking about getting them as my next set of tires after driving home tonight my tires suck in wet weather I was all over the road hydroplanning.

Well the allignment is all done and I went ahead and just replaced the tire with the nail in it for now. Here are two more pics.

Duncan I didn't waste anytime with that gameboy on my way home from work I stopped at Media play and picked up 3 games, I have Super Mario Brothers the one from the NES, GT advance (pretty sweet only one I have played) Start Wars attack of the clones and the game I bought from Michael. :) I have alot of playing to do.

We'll have to do the motion pic thing Cody. I took photography in highschool but unfortunately I haven't practiced any of the stuff like that for a while. It would be fun to try to get some really cool shots. Someone had a motion pic in their sig a while back of their car going through a tunnel towards the camera. It looked really cool.

That was at Ballus(spelling?) creek park. Its near exit 16 from 985 off of McEver road.
