Hi I am shopping for a good suspension. If possible for a kit that comes with everything. In you opinion which one is the best for drag racing and street use at the same time? I will be putting drag radials, and around 500 Hp. What you guys recomend? thanks for your advice raul

^ mmmm TRD Sportivo FTW!!! Eibach aslo makes kits, as well as Tein I beleive. How much are you willing to spend? Tein also has a coilover set that is electronically monitored/controled from inside the car.

Use the search button and browse through the suspension forum, LOTS of threads discussing many types of setups. I suggest getting a polyurethane bushing set that replaces all the bushings in the susupension, coil overs, camber links, sway bars. Strut braces front and rear as well as the ones that go under the car(I forget what they are called, I think hotchkis and c-one make them though, "under brace" maybe?). You also need really good tires for all that to work properly. All the suspension upgrades in the world can be ruined by bad tires.

yeah, I need to change everything. right now i m having problems with the stock suspension, it's making a clauking sound when I change speeds and when I take off. I went to an 1/8 mile track yesterday and I was shifting all the way to 4th gear without any traction(only at 12psi) you guys sugest I buy different component from different manufactures? I am willing to spend like 1500 bucks on suspension. I need to get good tires also

I did think about it but my priority was engine work first. it takes a lot of time and money to do a project like this. I didn't have the money to do it all at once and by the way it was countyline

Check out the for sale section. I think Evil Eye has some brand new Tein SS full coilovers for $1100. That is an awesome deal.

Linear spring rate or progressive? I think progressive is more confortable but will it affect performance at a dragstrip? how much difference? thanks for your input guys I want to make the right choice, if I am going to be making a lot of power maybe I should go with the stongest suspension.

Progressive springs and active shocks are kind of a pain if you're trying to perfect your driving style. The suspension automatically adjusts based on what it thinks you need, but you're trying to drive based what you think you need. Differences of opinion are the last thing you need on a track run.

Tein is pretty good, but go with the SS or the Flex line. HKS hipermax are very good, and a number of people swear by Apex's coilover setups (assuming they make them for your car).

Beyond that, there are a number of really good brands out there like Aragosta, Zeal, etc that are probably the best you can get.
