View Full Version : Bomex kit w/ replacement rear lip?

ok guys, havent posted in a while but was thinking of finally getting my first kit. i wanted the trd kit for the longest time, but kinda into the bomex kit now. the sides look alright, but the rear is horrible. i was thinking of replacing it with a trd rear lip. any ideas? i want to use a replacement piece that wont mess the flow of the front and sides.
did search on the kit, found nothing good.
please, now bashing. just want usefull suggestions. pictures would be kool too

I was thinking the same thing. I don't think it would look so bad.

yeah, i think the rear is just too much. our cars arent space ships lol
its kool for you if itsyour taste, but just not mines. any other views on this kit?

i want the bomex kit to but i was kinda questioning the rear also.... would the veilside rear look good?

The Bomex kit looks better on darker colors.

two tone on the rear is not bad..personally if it's black, do silver on the bottom..looks really nice..

:werd: I like two-tone rears like that if it has a built in diffuser or something similar to that.

Bomex front flows fine with trd sides, i know first hand.

Actually, the bottom section of the Bomex rear is supposed to be black, flat/satin black or gunmetal. Almost all of the non-black Celicas with a full Bomex Aero kit has it black. When I had it, I kept it silver. Bad idea.
