View Full Version : New pads needed for TRD BBK. Help!

Ok, so I bought my TRD BBK used with no instruction manual, and I have no idea what brake pads I'm supposed to use. Will any 4 piston caliper pads work, or do I need something more specific? My brakes are squealing like hell and I really don't wait to change them much longer with winter coming up. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

damn stoptech won't let me direct link it. but if you go to their website and do a prduct search, i think its either a ST-40 or ST45 pad. they list many different kinds.

Yeah I saw your original link, and found what you were looking at. That's exactly where I got stuck, at the ST-40/ST-45 pad. :D Thanks for the help though, if worse comes to worse I'll just place a call to StopTech and find out which one it is.

Ok I haven't called, but Im surprised there hasn't been a definite answer posted yet. No one with a TRD or Stoptech BBK had to replace their pads? :wtf:
