power band question

for the GT-S is there something you can get so your power band kicks in earlier that almost 7k RPM's cause i know they got something like that for a Honda v-tech motor but wasn't sure if anyone knew if you could get that for the GT-S

yeah i see that now after i already posted it but i haven't driven my car for like almost a month because my clutch went on it so its being put in tomorrow but thanks everyone for the replys
