He sold the wheel to me and didn't send the product man...

i dont want to jump into conclusions but i think LaW and someone else may have dealt with this guy. without making any accusations, reconfirm with him.

i'll keep this for you in general discussion for 3 days so that people can help you out with the username and any info... after that its moving to buyer / seller feedback where it belongs.... hope you find the perpertrator of the crime.

That is correct, I was unable to find this guy even through the help of the Buena Park detectives. In fact the detectives never contacted me back ever, didn't return my calls, they actually were not very helpful. When was this? What was the guys user name? I got ripped out of 250 from him about last year august or september I believe. I talked to the guy via cell phone and since then the cell phone was disconnected and someone else has that number now. I can't really help much more... but if you got ripped recently I would like to know what sn he used etc....

His name is John dofredo.
His user name form celica.net was Nsight and i'm not sure he uses NC.org tho... I paid $700 for 19" S15 wheels from this guy and i paid by check...i just went to the back and the was cashed out. the lady from the bank said i might find out his information by tomorrow morning... like driver's licence or his address or something....his cell phone number is 714-488-8806..it's a cingular phone and it's under william dofredo or something but address was different...they weren't able to give out that information to me.... So I just have wait until tomorrow to find out some more information about him...Thanks for you replies people!!

What was the address you sent the payment to?.... did you send money order?.... the address i sent the payment is 8132 san matro cir. buena park, ca 90621.... after i find out the address...I'll personally visit him....

Getting your cash back

the bank has to help you. You will get the info. I would then sue him in Small claims court. Breach of contract. Also you might want to prosecute him for Fraud by calling the cops once you get his info, but remember the cops aint gonna get your cash back. Dont get attorney, waste of cash for this type of claim. You dont need to know anything for Small claims court, just tell judge what happened.

Law i would also enjoin in the claim and submit a cross complaint against him.

I paid via paypal bank transfer which sucked because I had no options after I found that he screwed me over

I still have every single email that was sent to me about it. I paid 250 for a used cf hood and actually there are others on nc.org that got screwed by him. I am trying to think who now. gtslee2000 if you could im me at mbrun44905 maybe we can talk because even though its been a while I am still interested in getting that money back if its possible now. If you call the police in buena park try to talk to detective Bisbaign i think it was.

Damn I thought that **** would never come up again... I just took the loss and learned.,

guys.. just FYI, you might want to try using www.escrow.com to make purchases on the internet.... a bit less worrysome than paypal... I'm trying it right now... sent the money to escrow, seller gets notified that money is there, he ships, i receive, tell escrow it's all good to release the money.

Wow. What a disgrace to the Celica Community. Like others said, file a small claim. I believe you can file up to 5,000 dollers. If he doesn't pay, they will go sell some of his stuff and get you the money that way :)

Ok guys this is what happened......soon as i posted here i received a email from this guy saying that he cashed out my check but he didn't get a chance to get a rims out of his car.. so he's sending me a money back....and he said he already sent the money...that was llike last fri. .... i sent him a email saying how can i trust you now since you tried to screw me once... and i asked him... do you have any proof that you sent the money?.... he replys he has no proof because he sent it by via USPS....what i think is he never send the money back to me but he's trying to buy soem time to think what to do.....ohh~~~ but too bad i'm going to meet my lawyer and charge him with FELONY THEFT...which means when he get caought he'll have nice trip to MD where i am right now... they said it will take around one weeks to get here hehe~~

Ok people I reported this guy and my attorney put felony theft charge on this guy couple of days ago....this guy is **** up now....i don't know he gave me the right address or not but i have his driver's licence number and some other information. Once he get caught.... he'll need to spend some time in jail but before that he'll have nice hot trip to MD for like 1 week... hehe, People i need to know who got screwed by this guy.... i want to make this case BIG BIG...i already know 2 people and i contacted them and got the information.
