what celica had the buttons instead of knobs for the A/C and temperature stuff? are they hard to get ahold of and can you swap them with the spinning knob style that i have?

Most non-North American Celicas have them, and they're mucho $$$$ to convert over to. Not worth doing unless you're building a show car and have a ton of money to throw away.

search "digital climate" "digital Ac" "euro AC" "JDM climate" etc and you will get all your answers all point to No. Over a grand of work, lack of parts, lack of anyone doing it before due to cost and difficulty ends in not worth it, sorry buddy

thats too bad. Wouldn't it be nice if they were all over the place and just a real simple unplug the old one and plug in the new one deal. They sure do look a lot cleaner than ours though.
