Weird headlamp problem /w keyless entry

Just the other day my Celica's left front light is no longer flashing when I hit the lock or unlock button on the wireless remote. The car beeps, the other light flashes and all works, but the left headlamp does not flash (though the parking light does).

However, the kicker is that I've checked and all of the DRL, headlight and high beams work on that side of the car. So what the heck light is it activating when you press the button that's suddenly stopped working? I thought it juts flashed the headlamps...

The only bulb that flashes in the "headlamp" is the parking bulb. To see if the bulb is burned out, turn on your parking lights only, and compare it to the right side. You should see a difference. It sounds like that may be all that is wrong.
