View Full Version : To Those W/ RMM CF Wing..

To those of you who have the rmm cf wing, when you got the wing was it really hazy? I just got mine and when checking out the cf piece closely, There is this haze on it. If I wipe it down with a wet rag or something it looks clean, but when it dries it hazes up again. Any of you have this on your wing? if so what did you do to get rid of it?
Also the hazy part has lots of micro scratches in it. Is this overspray or something?

No haze here. Never was. Just a nice shinny clear coat.

no haze here either, maybe is wax on the cf part..

I got it from a gp with black gts
it was shipped directly from rod millen

Email the tech at Rod Millen (dont have it handy, check the site)...I had to do it concerning my intake a few months ago and they replied within the day and were very helpful.

maybe I didnt describe it very well
The actual cf weave looks ok, It's just that the clear coat on top of it looks foggy in some spots, along with the micro scratches :(
i'm gonna try calling rmm again later today, anyone have any suggestions for me while I wait to get off work and go home?
