Hollydays Proplem?

Guys im from europe and im not familiar with Thanksgiving Hollydays and i would like to know for how long thanksgiving lasts and if every one and every shop ( Garage that sells Parts ) is closed for hollydays. The Proplem i have is that i ordered few parts from MRW 8 days ego by email and they asked me to give them my credit card no so they can continue with payment and shipment, i emailed everything they needed but nothing yet, more than a week pasted but nothing, no unser no nothing. I tryed to email them again but again no unser. Is this normal guys? any one knows whats happening?

Everything is open today. They may have been closed since last Thursday, but this week they should definitely be in.

yeah sometime shop clost starting on the holiday day, if it's close to the weekend then they will close thru it until the following monday..very common..
