Not the pics of it glowing, but the pics of where they're installed.
I couldnt find it searching, so i thought id make a new thread.
Anyone who's got them, please post their pics, with name of brand, how you installed, and if by shop how much, and the price on the neon tubes it self, and size. Also any comments/reviews would be very helpful. Thanks

i've got liteglows under mine. i'll try to post pics later. and i had to RIG all the brackets. the ones that came with the kit were terrible and i couldn't use them. but i understand that a lot of the brackets from different companies suck too. they make the bulbs hang too low off of a lowered car.

I have the street glow ones and I had to mount them all up inside the body kit. The side skirts I took off and mounted them inside of that (There should be enough room between the frame and the kit). The back one I installed inside the rear bumper cover and the front the same way. All of the brackets make it a tight fit so I'm not worried about them falling off. I need to take some pics of it and then I'll post them up.

I remember those pics.....
I'm going to finally attempt at this install because I need to get this out of my room :) The front and back look easy but how about the install on the sides? and when I install the transformer do I have to drill first.

if you mount it to the frame like i did you will have to drill. i believe the driver side has the brake lines running along the side. you can use the same screws that the brake lines are held up with. and the other side im not to sure what i did. i think i used some short self tapping screws.

p.s. the neon plate isnt on any more. thats been off for a long time.

I just installed mine today its from Liteglow with the wireless remote control look sweet. Didn't have any problems with the install (but I was a car audio installer for two years). The brackets with the Liteglow kit actually worked great. If you arent real experienced with it Id take it to a professional but well worth the money looks good. Carbon blue with blue neons looks sweet

My team and I just got done insatalling the Streetglow Gold series kit(white) and it took 31/2 hours for the 3 of us. Just a quick run through of the install. We drilled into the metal piece in the rear the used some heavy duty zip ties to mount it. We did the same in the front. you cant use those self taping screws in the front because the plastic is to thin. Then the long tube we insatlled next to the I beam running down the length of the car and the break lines. Perfect fit! Ill post pics when Im at work. Peace

Thx, guyz these posts have been a great help.
But one big question, are they waterproof, or atleast resistant.
Can you drive in the rain, or get a car wash?
Also how strong are they, would one rock smash the whole tube?
anyone with long expericence with the neons?
thx

Yes, they're water proof. If they weren't, nobody would buy them. Mine are mounted under where the seats and stuff are. The only problem, you can see the bulbs when you're about 5-10 ft away. I have to rig something up to hide them better. Green on a black car is a good color combo.
