Greetings all. I am new to the site. I have a couple questions.

1) How do you instll the c-one hood scoop onto a stock hood? I did a search and i saw a few threads but no one seemed to answer the question.

2) Is there a way to make replica sport m headlights and tail lights? I did a search and found nothing.

3)My car has 130,000 miles on it, would it be safe to still get a turbo?

I know i have posted before, I hope I didn't come off as an ass to everyone, my apologies if I did. thanks in advance

welcome to the boards........i believe there is a link on how to install a uninstall/install a hood scoop and i have not heard of anyone making a replica of the M headlights or taillights...i think you can install a turbo to your car as long as you have it tuned as daily driven with the mileage you have.

forgot to mention I have an auto gt with a short ram intake, headers, and magnaflow cat-back(don't know if the mods matter when it comes to a turbo). I've seen alot of people say that modding an auto is pointless but I personally have noticed a difference concidering that my last car ws a 94 ford probe gt with an oil leak.

I know this might sound odd but I recently test drove an infiniti g35 and I really liked the gearbox setup. I guess my question is: for my auto celica can I install a new style gearbox, shift boot and new shift knob without causing any problems?

Yeah it can be done. I did the shift boot and shift knob.

Awesome thanks. How about the gear box (I think that is what it is called) I kind of want a maze style one similar to either the FJ cruiser or the G35

Nice EVO and thanks for the quick response
thanks for the compliment.......

by the way, if you are going turbo, you won't need your headers and intake as long as you buy the whole turbo kit.

welcome to the boards.
as for the hoodscoop there are 4 bolts under ur hood holding it down. ull have to wiggle it around to get it out/install new one.
for turboing ur car, most ppl say u shouldnt do it but id say its your choice esp. since a/t and from what i hear the gearing on all A/T celicas are sh*tty. itll make a nice sleeper but you wont get the great of gains as compared to a M/T

Thanks for the warm welcome. Red Dragon, I just bought a shift knob and boot, I just wanted to see how it looked in person. My question is: How do you remove the O/D wires from the A/T knob without messing them up? Also where is the easiest place to re-route the O/D switch? Sorry for being a noob about this, I tried looking for some write ups but no luck. Thanks in advance
