Found it on an old post by Black_TRD

For the Ultimate if you have it wirred with the injector wires cut not just spliced, JP1 to JP4 should be Open (JP5 and JP6 are for 5 and 6 cyl so it wont matter, set to Open), other wise set the jumpers to 1-2

JP7 1-2
JP8 2-3
JP9 Open
JP10 1-2 (should not have any effect)
JP11 Open (should not have any effect. Depending on the setup)
JP12 Open (should not have any effect. Depending on the setup)
JP13 Open (should not have any effect. Depending on the setup)
JP14 Open (should not have any effect. Depending on the setup)
JP15 1-2
JP16 Open (should not have effect)
JP17 1-2 (should not have effect)

JP18 if you set JP1-JP4 to Open then set to Open, other wise to 1-2

JP19 1-2 (should not have any effect)
JP20 1-2 (should not have any effect)
