Need a GOOD Nor Cal shop

Ok, I'm gonna do my engine work ASAP. Anyone know of a good reputable shop who can do my engine work? I REALLY don't wanna go down to San Diego.

I want to:
Increase the bore and stroke
Port & Polish headers/manifold
Custom forged pistons / sleeves (the shop should have connections with a company to do this)
Blueprint
Balance

If anyone knows anyone, please let me know :)
