How do you get sponsors?

How the hell do you do it? What do you get from it? What do you have to do to your car to get the sponsor?

Well... Sponsorship requires your car to be modded already. Most companies dont give unsolicited sponsorship so they will do partials. Right now I have a partial sponsorship with West Covina Toyota and Crower Cams. I'm working Ro_ja next but I will have turbo and a custom kit so it will give them a lil more of a reason to sponsor me. Also, knowledge of the car helps and being able to speak confidently about your car.
