those are cheap knock offs of other cheap knock offs,dont get them,you always get what you pay for when it comes down to the celica,so save up some money and get a good suspension set up.....trust me its worth the wait.

I agree. Save your money and get a good set of coil overs. Or the cheaper alternative is get some lowing springs with a good set of shocks.

dont go cheap on suspension. do research for what fits your driving style and work from there.
take your times getting what u want. too me almost a yr before i got both my springs and shocks together(after research and waiting to find lowest prices i can get for them)
