I just put on my 18s today. When I drive i get a vibrating feeling. It gets really bad when I turn the wheel left. What is it. What can I do.

Could be the inner wheel well plasitc rubbing. Also see if they tightend down the lugs.

a buddy of mine told me that it may not be tire balance and all that but that also you may need Hub centric rings.

ya prob gonna need hubcentric rings... either that or your tires are not balanced correctly

I have centric rings on the car already... i just dropped it off for balancing and rotation.

Most aftermarket wheels don't have the same center bore (the big hole in the middle of the lug holes) as an OEM wheel...the aftermarket is bigger. Therefore, when you mount the wheel, that hole doesn't snug up to the raised circle in the middle of your rotor or drum. A hubcentric ring fills up that newly created space...it's a ring (sometimes plastic, sometimes aluminum) with outer diameter equal to the aftermarket wheel's center bore and inner diameter equal to an oem wheel's center bore.
