I am wondering if the 2000 GT can fit the Hawk HB328N.685 Brake Pads.

At Hawkperformance.com, it says it will, along with the HB328S.685's.. is this correct?? I even called Hawk & asked what would fit on the Celica GT 2000 car, for a HP+ pad.. they told me the HB328N.685..

It says that too on their site that it will fit.. But now I'm just confused bcus someone on here told me that they won't fit.. that I'd have to get HB493 for my pads. Only thing is, that the 493's aren't HP+, they are JUST HPS.

So yea, I need some clarification please.

I've been away for a little bit. Happy New Year all.

I was at the other end of this offline discussion.
I don't have a 2000GT and haven't had to deal with this at all. The Hawk HB328 series of pads are those for the GTS and 2001UP GT. I use the HB328's on my 2000 GTS. It is pretty much a given that the 2000GT brakes are a different animal than all other 7th generation brakes so we should be wary if someone tries to sell us a set of GTS pads for a 2000GT.

That said,
If anyone has already jumped through the performance pad hoops for a 2000 GT (hawk or otherwise) please add to this thread.
Thanks,

The prices are the best you are going to find on the net for the real deal parts. I work for BuyBrakes and I do our market comparison to make sure our prices are where they should be.
