I know you're looking for someone in San Diego but our friend Yukio from Team SC3 (http://www.teamsc3.com) works at L.A. Rims (http://www.larims.com) in Van Nuys. Give him a call and tell him that either Paul or Alvin referred you.
Yukio is the same friend that helped Paul get his ROJA ...

This guy you're talking about, can he fix light scratches on the rims? Scratch like when you paralel park and you hit the curb and scratches your rim....
