The Kaminari kit was put on 6-7 by Finish Line Collision in Prospect Park, PA (for the Tri-State kids) and the Flik Lex's are from edgeracing.com (site sponsor and moderators).
My sig now has my latest album that I created on 6-11.

Damn waiting for the wheels then the bodykit to get done almost did me in. Thanks for good word. While I was taking the last pics in the album at about 2pm today, a couple in their 50's drove up and asked me, "Is that a Lamborghini?" I was nice and said, "No its a Ferrari." No...I was truthful and said Toyota.

Thanks guys. With all of the "follow the leader" versus "doing something new" talk on the site (I'm sure you've seen them in other forums), I thought it would be an interesting time to jump into the fire and post pics. I assembled what I liked, regardless of the fact that the kit has been around for a long while (and everyone likes at least a part of it) and the wheels, well you see them on maybe 1 in 800 Celicas (I think my Flik's are relatively original...more by brand than by look at least).
I'll get better pics later...maybe with some swimsuits...don't worry, not of me...sorry ladies :chuckles: ... and not just of swimsuits, women will be in them.

Thanks Kry and csirani.
boardernr, thanks, the wheels are getting compliments. I'm making sales leads for edgeracing's wheels just about every day at work since I get so many people asking. The anthracite color is great at night when the basically grey color looks darker. As for the configuration of the wheel, I've always loved the look.
selika2000, its not high on originality (we were both in that infamous thread about a member who will remain nameless)...no matter, I feel good about it. Thanks for the good word.
Next mod...my camera.

CelicaNamja79,
Thanks. The comments from the old couple stuck with me for a while and had me smilin'. I think they were driving an early 70's Nova, maybe '72 350.
CeliRacer,
I did some research and found a good place. It serves well to put the time in...then you'll serve them well in cash since they're so good at paint/install ;)
eje_17,
Thanks. The Pathmark parking lot was a bit over the top. Lighting was crap, the union fees were astronomical, and the model was tempermental ;) Mall lots and parks will have to do until I start dating seriously again. Once I regain my bearings from my recent breakup, I'll consider getting a spokesmodel for the car :) j/k
alizonmi4u,
17x8 Flik Lex
205-40 Kumho Ecsta Supra 712
If I remember correctly around 1050 mounted, balanced, and shipped from edgeracing.com. Sacha is cool to work with.

lol, i don't think you understood my post though. what i was trying to say is that the veilside kit is really showy and i'll probably end up getting revved at every corner, while the kaminari kit is clean yet really tight. just wanted to clear that up ;)

man you did a great job putting your car together. Looks awesome :)
I like your approach, screw what everyone thought would be cool and do your own thing, without doing the super sticker mod
Very clean car. I like :D

eje_17,
Oh yeah, I understood. I like the Kaminari kit better than the Veilside as well (less busy). I just went off on my meager background for the art of photography.
kabal,
Thanks. My intention is simple. Cool and clean. Stickers/decals...not for me. Don't get me wrong, they can be tastefully done and at the same time, taste is different for everyone. My buds do not register them.
