lower grill: How to

I went to home depot the other day and purchased a grill or mesh type roll of material. I wanted to make a lower grill with it but its just to hard to get it to fit properly and to secure in place. To anyone that has made there own grills, HELP! thanks

I glued mine with Epoxy... I want to repaint my front grills now so I have to firgure out how I'm gonna safely take them off :(

i have blue bomber's grilles. they don't connect on the top, and on the bottom you put em under the black triangles and on the sides, i think you drill a hole on each side and screw into the black part on the sides. if i remember correctly... it was much easier to fit since i knew the grille was already the right size and cut right.
