HID question: 6000k 4300k

I am looking to purchase some HID's..... I have decided on either two..
6000k 4300k hid's.

If you have a red car.. what would you get as far as hid's? The 6000k are light blue, but do you think light blue hids on a red car would look uguly? or should i go with the 4300k and keep it crystal white??

i prefer 4300 K . thats a nice amount of light, and still has the nice color to it. the 6000k is pretty bright too. i got 4300k on my car and friend got 6000k on his lexus gs400. his are noticeable bluer then mine after both our hids are warmed up

depends on what u like.., i like 6000k, yea my car is silver but that doesn't matter at night!:chuckles:, so get what you like, do you like a bluish tint, or just plain white?

get blue... even if its a red car its your lights. blue lights are always sexy

Differe manufacturer rate color temperature differely...
So if you have same color temp, but different company.. it won't be the same..

But general rule of thump..
- 4300k warm white (most visible light : 3x the stock)
- 6000k pure white (pretty good visible light : 2.5x stock)
- 8000k slight bluish white (good visible light : 2x stock)

i like my 8000k HID's. they look a lot more blue in pics though. if the only choices are 6000k or 4500k, i'd go 6000k. it will look awesome no matter what color your car is...

I was driving around last night with all that rain... looks like you have no headlights on...
Which I have 10000k on my car right now...

Only you can see is the little reflector on the road... which isn't there all the time..

ive had 10k for a couple months and love emm, i just shouldve bought them from you though because im seeing how good u r about backing up you product, makes me wonder how the ppl i got them from will be if i ever have a problem
